No: ERA Customs cloud runs in the browser, nothing to install. The on-premise version is installed on your server in one day.
Can we import our file history?
Yes: guided import from Excel or CSV of previous years' files, numbering preserved, included in activation.
Are there contractual constraints?
Cloud: monthly fee, cancel any time. On-premise: annual licence. In both cases a full data export is always available.
Do prices include support?
Yes, Italian-language support on working days in every plan.
